Virtual Express provides you with a very convenient and ecology friendly service for cleaning or laundering your clothes and linens. Our services include dry cleaning, finished laundry, and wash & fold. Imagine having your dirty laundry picked up from your house, cleaned and pressed the way you like, and delivered to your front door all within a few clicks of a button! Dry Cleaning: Virtual Express uses eco-friendly dry cleaning machines to clean your garments. If there are any stains you wish for us to get rid of, please notify our driver during the pick-up and we will give it our best to remove all stains. We will carefully inspect every piece of garment before the cleaning process and apply the manufacturer's recommended instructions. If there are special instructions you wish for us to apply, please note it to our driver or leave a note in the laundry bag. Note: There are no guarantees that the stain can be removed due to the type of stain and how long the stain has been in the garment. Wash & Fold: Instead of having to carry your heavy loads of laundry to the Laundromat or spending valuable time folding your clothes, Virtual Express will do everything for you! We will wash the different loads of laundry separately based on color and preferences, have the laundry nicely and neatly folded, and delivered to you within 48 hours (2 business days) after your scheduled pick up date. It is simply that easy! How it works in 3 easy steps! 1. Schedule a pickup - Log into your account and select a pick-up date along with a time frame that works best for you. For first time customers, please create an account before you attempt to schedule any appointments. Simply click on the My Account tab on top and fill out the necessary information. 2. Select a method of payment - Choose a method of payment. (Credit card or cash payment). Cash payment can be made on the day our driver delivers your laundry. 3. Schedule a delivery date - Select a date for us to deliver your fresh and clean laundry back to you. Note: All cleaning will be ready 48 hours (2 business days) after your scheduled pick up date.
