        Bought new windows. Quick on sales, zero on work. Cancelled appointments, poor response to calls, no return calls as promised. All this just to try and get installer out to take measurments... although no work done, or even begun, they stand on the 3-day cancellation policy in order to keep the 1/3 total price down payment. Prob is you don't know about their work ethic, or lack thereof, until after the three day time frame. Customer service is zero. Buyer beware.
