        Schmidt Fire Protection was founded in 1969 by Gustave Schmidt. Since it s founding, the business has remained in the family and is still family run. Schmidt Fire Protection provides fire sprinkler design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and inspections. Another area of expertise for the company is retrofitting existing buildings with either a wet sprinkler system or a clean agent system. Other types of work Schmidt offers is in its service work for which they have a fleet of service vehicles, inspections and fabrication and retail sales. A few of its projects include Omni Hotel, Koll Center, Park Laurel, Embassy Suites and Renaissance.
