We hired Meg as a property manager to handle our rental property. Although we did not know Meg before when we talked to her for the first time, her quick follow-up, response and diligently providing us the market analysis and suggestion impressed us very much. It proves our decision is correct, because we, as the first-time landlord, have excellent experience with Meg, when she helped us to rent out our condo with her deep knowledge, work ethics, experience and prompt response. During the process, she has to deal with different potential tenants with different background, preference, and different finance situations. She was able to help us and provide critical information in timely manner to successfully filter out the inadequate candidates and keep/retain the right candidates, who fit our best interest, and eventually help us to select the best candidate. She even spent a lot of her time, while she was in vacation in Japan, to work on some critical process and document to get this renting done. Well, she is our long term property manager now and we are planning to work with her for a long time to come. We feel we are very lucky to have Meg working in our side, who makes our first rent-out of our first rental property so easy and smooth.
