Going in for the free consultation now seems like a big mistake. We went in to explain our case to Mr. Rigney and to seek help in knowing what to do only to get chewed out and completely ridiculed for trying to go through the process we were trying to do. He seemed more intent on explaining in every way how we had totally and royally ruined our case from what we had done. All we were seeking was help and guidance and it quickly turned into him driving his 3 year law degree, egotistical opinion at us and getting very little help at all. Although most people are probably looking for legal assistance I would not recommend requesting help from him. In the end I just apologized for waisting his time.
