B Street Veterinary Hospital

I feel the B Street Vet Hospital botched my dog's recent care & she suffered needlessly. My concerns with their care:

1) They failed to advise me that a prescribed med will simply not be consumed by some dogs no matter how much it is masked, while this is common knowledge to even their own support staff.
2) There was poor continuity of care for my dog with five different Drs. directing care over a week period.
3) They blew off my complaint when I wrote them and gave them a chance to remedy the situation or better explain it. How this hospital responds to criticism and fails to take ownership for clear cut issues is very telling.
Dog would not eat food with med in it, so she got week and needed expensive treatment. Three Drs were asked for different med during week to no avail. Told to force feed and sold an implement to do so, then I find out this med will simply not be eaten by some dogs. Support staff knew this readily. Meanwhile, two Drs agree to change med, one changing the first one’s change to a liquid version of the very first med, which I had asked for before. Keystone Cops. These guys generally do good, but when they botch they take no ownership.
