Yrc Freight

Avoid doing business with ANY company that uses Yellow Freight (YRC) for their shipping. They are not a world leading shipping company. They are a third rate shipping company that can't keep up with the competition. I purchased a garden cart from from Home Depot. The item was shipped from Polar Trailers in Minnesota using YRC. It arrved in San Bernardino on 1/3/14 and sat at their facility for 4 days, until 1/7/14, before I received a call from an employee with YRC wanting to set up delivery for the following day 1/8/14, a day following the last delivery date of Tuesday (1/7/14). To add insult to injury they lied to me and tried to tell me the item didn't arrive in San Bernardino until Saturday 1/4/14. However, I checked the tracking each day and on Friday it said "On hand in San Bernardino, CA". Use a company that uses reputable delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, or even the USPS.
