        Pizzas looked like day old bread and tasted worse then they looked. Customer service was bad to I won't be going back

        P.J. Quality? Not at this store.

        Expecting a mouth watering pizza, I went in to this P.J. store as it is near my work. I ordered 2 med. pizzas with thick crust and was told that it only comes in large. So, I upgraded my order, and requested extra sauce. After about 20 min. I found out that my pizzas had been ready and were sitting under the heat lamps. Nobody told me that they were ready while I was waiting for them.



        So, I got them, assuming that they were correct, I drove home. Only to find out that they were wrong: thin crust, dry, few toppings. In looking at the sticker on the box, the phone number reads (999) 999-9999. Why not a real number for customers to call? I also noticed that going from answering the phone and then back to handling dough, no sanitizing of the hands were done. How many other people have handled that phone?



        In closing, I found the location and phone number right here on the website and called. The manager understood and said that he will credit me the correct pizzas for the next visit. I thanked him.
