Overall

Mediocre at best.

Emilio and his brother and his "minister" do OK work--or worse. My living room floor has to be replaced after less than 4 months because they did not seal the slab before applying the hardwood. They have not come back to do the "punch list" and won't accept/return my calls. My neighbor is also very unhappy with his house painting job. Emilio lies like a rug about almost everything and he constantly "upsells". Run away as fast as you can! He ends up costing twice as much as his bid.
