As a retired USAF pilot and federal aviation inspector, I have traveled all over the world. However, even after 14 months with Unplugged Concepts, I continue to be amazed at the incredible travel bookings they can arrange. My time share friends are envious of the deals we can get.

Although my experience with this travel service wasn't what I had hoped for, I appreciate the effort they made. They did provide a decent amount of cash back, even if it was not as much as I hoped. While I did not receive the level of attention and protection I expected, they did help me with the billing on a few cruises. Although I was not able to select my room with them, they did provide some value. It did take some time to receive the cash back, but in the end, I did receive it. I will keep them in mind for future travels.

Booking a hotel for a bachelorette party was easy with the help of the fast and responsive staff at Global Concepts. They made the process simple and stress-free so we could focus on fun!

I recently worked with Jasmine to determine the cost of a cab from our hotel to the cruise ship. She's a very kind and cheerful person, and she got back to me quickly.

I really like the service they provide and they're great people, only wish the initial cost was a bit cheaper. Still, in the long run I'll save money though.
