Worst customer service EVER.



May 12th took our computer hard drive to their office for evaluation. They promised to contact us in the next 48 hours. To date (may 27) there has been no contact with us. They ended up NOT doing the work themselves (as advertised - Data Recovery) but instead took it to a undisclosed 3rd party. Earlier we were able to leave voice mail on their phone system. Now both the owner's cell phone and the office phone have FULL MAIL BOXES. We went by the office and they appear to be out of business.



i STILL have not received my hard drive, and am at a loss for what to do at this point. i've received 2 emails from him that "it's on it's way", but it has not shown up yet.



no idea how he's stayed in business. ridiculous.
