I started out with the definition of service because this is something you will never see at this Jeep dealership and it is something you should expect. I found a great deal on a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited. We had the dealer install the tires and wheels and lift. Was that a nightmare. Nothing was ever completed when promised, the kit they ordered from their own company was missing parts and when I told them that I wanted the factory wheels and tires before the job was even started they "Somehow" misplaced them hidden behind the trash dumpster across the parking lot. I knew with larger tires that the speedometer would have to be recalibrated and the service department assured me that this would be fixed. Fast forward 5 months and I get pulled over for doing 80 in a 70 but had the cruise set at 70. I take a trip to the dealership to address this issue, have a recall item fixed and my free oil change. Two out of three of the items were fixed but it turns out that they don't possess the technology to correct the spedo issue and never did. They told me I waited too long to bring the Jeep back to have the issue addressed by the technology they don't possess. A guy named Greg who was just a messenger told me that I could go to Tim Duncans Black Jack shop and he would split the $400-$600 chip that was needed to fix the problem they created. You can assume that my speedometer still runs 10 mph off. There were other minor issues waiting for the original delivery of my Jeep. Needless to say Jeep has tried to buy me off with 4 tanks of gas so far. If this doesn't convince you to buy your Jeep somewhere else I don't know what will but maybe you should stand around the service counter a bit before you do.

Brought my car into this dealer for the first time.
My service advisor, Dale Fischbach, made me feel my car was in good hands! He was very honest and kind.
His communication was efficient and thorough.
Iv never felt so at home in a car dealership/service center!
My car was as good as new- leaving me very happy! I will definitely be returning to see Dale at San Antonio Dodge Crystler Jeep Ram.

Came in to ask about possible warranty repair, it was not covered but a fair price was quoted, the problem was fixed immediately, the parts were on hand, and they had a technician available to do the repair, thank you for great service.

STAY AWAY FROM SAN ANTONIO DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM!



The sales guys were great, especially Cody. Quick, painless and simple to get the 2014 100th Anniversary Edition Charger.

Every bit of good will provided by Cody was annihilated by the Service Department and Manuel the Service Representative over a would-be minor warranty issue.



On Day 1 (Monday): “The car will be ready on Wednesday, Thursday at the latest”

On Day 3 (Wednesday): “We have secured the parts and will have them installed tomorrow afternoon or Friday morning”

On Day 5 (Saturday): “The parts have not yet been ordered. This is the first I have heard about it. On Monday we will pay for a rental car”

On Day 7 (Monday): “We will order the parts today. Here’s a low-quality Chrysler you can drive for a day or two”

On Day 8 (Tuesday): “The parts should be in by tomorrow. The ‘stripe guy’ will be here first thing in the morning to do the racing stripe”

On Day 9 (Wednesday): “The ‘stripe guy’ will be here this afternoon. Your car should be ready tomorrow”

This feels like a sad country song about tomorrow never coming …



I received a phone call after posting on Yelp from the Sales Team: “please be a little kinder to the sales department when posting in social media.”

To that I say, “I AM BEING KIND” words cannot describe how appalling the service department at San Antonio Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is.



On Day 9 (Wednesday afternoon): “Your car is ready! Let me offer you two tanks of gas for your trouble”

Upon arrival at the dealership to pick up my car, one of the three initial ticket items was not even touched. Needless to say, we will see what happens on Day 10, 11, and 12.



To the Service Manager Doug Demarais:

Thank you for the rapid response on Yelp! If you were to actually manage the service department instead of offering false promises and guarantees the other readers might actually believe you.



To the General Manager Sean Swinson:

It is a shame you allow your staff to treat your customers like trash.

It is a shame you allow your customers to take their business elsewhere.

It is a shame you allow the Dodge brand to be tarnished.

Finally; if you answered the phone, replied to Voice Mail, or were even at the dealership at the pre-defined time to pick up the flawed car the other readers might actually believe you to be more than a seat warmer.



This dealership will find unimaginable ways to make you pay, even after paying cash for a brand new 100th Anniversary Edition Dodge Charger



Dodge is a good company, the Charger is a great car I would highly recommend both; however … a word to the wise:
