Pizza Hut

This is the worst customer service I ever received at a pizza chain. I called in and ordered 3 pizzas. When I arrive they have not even placed the order in the system. I called in advance and told them I needed these pizzas for a party. I speak to the manager and she was rude and began to to tell me I never placed the order. Then mentions another person order to me and from the what it seems is that they accidentally gave it to another party. Instead of admitting the mistake, refuse to give a discount, and I had to wait to get the order made. I had no time to just go with another place. Then after no aplogizing for mistake, shorts me 10.00 of my change back from 40.00. Obviously the manager at that location needs to be trained on customer service. Won't be back again.

your new restraunt is cool,very nice,clean and fun to go to

They moved to a new building across the street from the old one. The new restaurant is very nice and lunch specials are fantastic. Pizza Hut is the best.
