Talked to Ray about my Samsung dlp that had lost one color. He asked how I was it was cabled and suggested I might have a cabling issue. He was right. Good Advice! Ray was very helpful and I would return to them if and when it needs repair.

I have nothing to say but GREAT! Ray and his guys came out told me the problem and the price. At the time I didn't hae the money of approx. $1.000.00. I thought it was another scam, but when I went to Hitachi parts replacement, they were right. But they gave me a price that was very good. That included picked up, labor ,part, and replace, which was less then the hitachi price. Now you would think that the part might be used, but when I checked to see how my best friend {I was disabled for 3.5 months} they showed me the old part and the new. Within a day. my best friend was working better then before. I put ALL my trust in this company. You should to.
