Lone Star Ob/Gyn Associates

February 9 I had a hysterectomy done, Before the procedure I was very terrified and scared not to know what was going to happen Dr. kethireddy and her staff Made me feel really comfortable on explaining the procedure to me, I highly recommend this doctor and her stuff for anyone else That may need to have a hysterectomy done, It’s been two weeks since I’ve had my surgery and I feel amazing thank you again Dr. Kethireddy and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for eight years and she has been my OB for three pregnancies. Dr. Jacobs and the nurses and staff have always been very nice and caring. I never feel rushed but always like I matter and am being listened to.

I've been here three times for an annual. The wait period to get to the exam room has always been very long. The doctors have too many patients. The nurse working with my doctor (Dr. Cerny-Leecock) acted so annoyed to have to deal with me. I don't want to be here either, sister. When I was at the nurses station Gavin my weight taken, etc. one of the doctors was screaming on he phone in her office about something that happened at the hospital that morning. When I was shown into an exam room the previous patient's gown and table lining were still there. Just not a clean or efficient place, and the nursing staff won't make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Haun is an absolutely amazing doctor! She is so patient and kind and will not rush you out the door like most doctors do. I would recommend her to anyone!

I HAD BEEN SEEING THEM FOR TWO MONTHS AND BOTH TIMES I WAS SICK THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME. I HAD TO TAKE MATTERS INTO MY OWN HANDS AND GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. MIND YOU I WAS FOUR MONTHS PREGNANT AND ON TOP OF THAT THEIR AFTER HOURS CALL LINE FOR THE ON CALL NURSE IS USELESS AND ALWAYS HAS SOME REASON TO TELL YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEFOLLOWING MORNING OR GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. WHO'S RUNNING THE SHOW?

I've been going to Lone Star OB/GYN since my second pregnancy back in Feb 08 and have fallen in love with the doctors and staff. They are very punctual when it comes to getting you in close to your appointment time. (Obviously they will run late if your doctor had an emergency surgery or something, but the will let you know). The ladies at the front desk are absolutely awesome....NO Rude nurses or staff...they are very personable and make you feel at home. The nurses in the back are awesome too and very serious about your care and concerns. I personally see Dr. Jennifer Jacobs who I find to be a rock when in labor. She has an extremely calm demeanor so if anything (God forbid) were to go wrong or get hectic during labor, she remains so calm. It is very soothing. She also does not rush you out of the room once your exam is done. She remains and lets you ask as many questions as needed. She is truly wonderful. They have an awesome sonographer who gave me a free 3D ultrasound of my daughter at 20 weeks. And she was right on with the gender and to hear it told, is never wrong. (Which in my opinion, is a biggy when paint is involved) If you're looking for a caring and nurturing environment for your annual care or pregnancy care or any other OB/GYN concerns, Lone Star OB/GYN is the place to go. Oh, they're also very easy to find, in the medical towers off of St. Lukes hospital.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Jacobs for over seven years now. Aside from my regular check-ups, I have also seen her for three pregnancies and subsequent deliveries. I was blessed to have her deliver all three of my babies. I cannot say enough good about my doctor or her staff. Everyone there treats me like family with genuine care and concern. They are eager to see my children and interested in how they are doing. The Lone Star staff is always friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. Dr. Jacobs is very knowlegeable and stays current on the latest research in her field. She is a mother of four which helps her to be extra understanding and empathetic in dealing with her patients concerns during and after pregnancy. I have always felt comfortable talking to her about any issues of concern, and she always takes time to answer any and all questions. She doesn't make you feel like you need to hurry out of your appointments. I have always felt like she cares about more than just my gynecological health and is genuinely interested in my overall health and happiness. All the other Lone Star doctors and midwives I have encountered have also been very friendly and professional. I refer everyone I know to Dr. Jacobs. I was referred by my cousin, and now I know of at least three friends, and multiple family members who either have switched or plan to switch. This practice is a jewel. Rather than dreading my yearly, I look forward to seeing the Lone Star family. If you need a gynecologist, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Lone Star a call.

Doctors and nurses here are amazing especially Dr. Haun! she made me feel so comfortable.

I have been a patient for almost 4 years now and have never had a negative experience. I have seen several of the physicians in the group as well as the midwives while my doctor was out or had an emergency. I would recommend any one of the doctors to handle your needs =0). From the moment I walk in the door I am always greated and since I have been going there I am always asked how I'm doing and how is the family. The staff really maeks me feel like I am part of a family rather than just another number or patient. The sonographers are great and are very thorough, and I love the fact that my doctor has the results right away! I have recommended numerous family members and friends to the group and will continue to refer to the entire group.
