Golden Rule Movers

Company was late upon arrival. No one called. I had to call and no one answered-twice. I texted and received a texted back(??). I think I should have received a discount for their undependability. I had an itinary to follow and it was shot, because of the lateness. I ended up helping the gentleman take items off the moving truck just to finish, so that I can get to bed. If you decide to rent these guys; schedule for very early just incase they do run late. They should hire more guys or perhaps they should not schedule two moves so close to each other. This was my first time using movers. I am moving again and I have asked around about other recommendations; sadly, every moving company has their faults.

I have used Golden Rule movers twice & each time I had an exceptional experience. The movers are courteous, clean, trustworthy, & work efficiently. On a particular move I was unavailable for the entire move, but with the instructions I provided I experienced a successful move. Upon my arriving at my new place all my belongings were accounted for and placed in the designated areas per my instructions with absolutely no damage to a single item & the old & new residence were left secure. You never have to worry throughout the process from hire to job completion as they were available via phone, text, & email.
