I pawned a laptop at this location with Charlotte between the first three weeks of February and I went to pick up my laptop up around first week of April they have lost my laptop. I was told they were unable to locate my laptop. They have the other two items which was a anniversay ring, and a necklace with a pendant. Charlotte state to one of the managers that she remembers me but they were unable to produce the video of me bringing in the laptop and refusing to take what was offered to me. I recalled every transaction that was made at this pawn shop and who provided service to me. Which was Charlotte, Now they say they cannot produce a video. Because of the date. This is wack, she knows she pawned by Laptop now they are unable to retrieve it because of the way she filed it no she did not even file it, She Stolded My Laptop.
