The Doctor is great its just a shame that his office staff is rude! have no manners and they are definitely not professional!Needed a prior authorization and its taken me 1 week for it they've hung up on my insurance who was trying to make their job even easier!claiming they were left on hold which was a lie! She was sarcastic in telling me that i could pick up the form and fax it myself, but as i went down there it turns out she couldnt give it to me!? When she finally calls the insurance supposibly now they have everything they needed?when i have been talking them for days with my insurance saying they were waiting on the doctors office!I will never go back here again its a shame because the doctor was great but the ladies who work for him in the front are horrible!!I will warn my family and friends to never go here because of the service they lack!!(FM 78 LOCATION 210-662-0076)

Another location Dr Harry Hernandez sees patients.Staff is really helpfull and no problem whatsoever regarding appointments.Highly recommend it to anyone who looks for a good medical care.
