Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

On 6/11/2022 at approximately between 1PM & 1:30PM Sondra (I believe was her name) assisted me with some issues regarding my phone service with Cricket and was more than helpful in assisting me. She was very professional, knew her business on a technical level, administrative, sales, etc. Being alone at this site she was very friendly, handled added customers who came after me well in managing her time and making everyone beside myself, feel serviced and given desired attention of all our needs. My sister and mother had referred me to this Cricket location, which, there are some 6 other Cricket store closer to where I live, but they were very insistant in my seeking service from this site alone. I'm very happy I did. A great employee you have here in Sondra and she needs to be acknowledged for her amazing representation of your company. Awesome young lady. This is my Cricket store from here-on!
