My husband, son, and I went to store to upgrade our phones. Dezirae was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining our options. Maria, the manager, and Dezirae make an outstanding duo! This Boost Mobile, location for personnel are experts with all your boost cellphones and troubleshooting also in detecting any types of problems & questions with concerns. They are all very patient and understanding.

Since Boost stores are independently owned, they can charge more. So, make sure you shop around to other places, for a better price. I did and was very pleased that I paid $70 LESS for what I wanted.
Absolutely disgusting. If I could have given a zero star rating I would have. I went to this store to activate a prepaid Sprint phone. I am doing this to help a coworker. He is not a rich guy. We went to this store on Friday, and instead of giving us what we asked for the sales clerk insisted we put him on a contract. She wanted him to buy a new phone and pay his Bill two weeks later. That would have cost over $200. As I stated earlier he is not rich. Quite frankly he is poor and could not afford the service she was pushing. Then they would not provide him service without a debit card. So, I went today, with my debit card and had to reargue the prepay option yet again. They then told me that they were out of SIM cards and that I should go to Bestbuy. I give up. This company is garbage. What store doesn't carry their own products? They didn't care enough to check the other Sprint stores. Don't waste your time. Go to a different store.. Perhaps AT&T, Cricket, T-Mobile...

Bought a charger at this location and a 1 year Warantie more than $50 Went back to store when charger malfunctioning , I was told I didn't buy it there and that they had never had that charger at their store.
