Sandra Ann Cortez, DDS

Dr. Sandra Cortez is a kind and compassionate dentist; her receptionist, Samantha, is absolutely horrendous. I had a billing dispute, and Samantha never returned any of my phone calls, even though she promised me she or Dr. Cortez would call me back. I went back and forth for 3 weeks with Samantha trying to resolve a simple dispute. I would not recommend this office due to the customer service provided. Dr. Cortez truly needs to rethink about who is handling the front end of her business.
