Cleaners Uptown

I give this place 0 stars. I took in a hand-died silk top with 3 pin-point oil stains on it. When I picked it up, it had stains across the front, all over the back and sides, looking as if a steam iron had been laid to rest on it. I gave specific instructions that no water was to be used on the garment. When I took it back, the owner grudgingly offered to try to fix it. When I went to pick it up today after being out of town for 2 wks, it was sitting on a pile of clothes, not on a hanger. The marks were all still there. When I pointed this out to the clerk, the owner came from the back of the shop, yelling at me. I told him I didn't appreciate him yelling at me and just wanted the top fixed. He accused me of initially taking the blouse home and bringing it back stained (I live 2 mins away). He then proceed to call me a liar and use all sorts of profanities. I DO NOT recommend this business in the slightest.
