Bright Eyes

new management is rude. I've been going to Bright Eyes for 4yrs myself and my children. I never had even one problem with Dr. Leas or his staff. The first time I came to Bright Eyes after new owners took over was a shock. I had an appt and had to wait almost 2hrs to be seen because they were taking all the walk-ins before us. Then they sold my daughter a pair of glasses that were too big for her face. When we received the glasses they were so warped it was ridiculous. I took them in to have them reshape them. After several attempts and no success I requested a new pair. The employee helping me rolled her eyes and sighed right in front of my face. Someone else took the glasses and was able to reshape them. When I got home I tried them on my daughter and they were still majorly crooked. So I took them back once again, this time with my daughter. I explained to the office manager what had happened the first time the employee that rolled her eyes. She basically called me a liar and got an attitude. Then she proceeded to tell me the problem was not the glasses, it was my daughters face that was crooked. Dr. Leas crew would never have sold us a pair of glasses that was too big for anyone. I'm giving this new owner a 1 star but they deserve a 0 star...I will never give them my business again.

Worst optical shop I've ever experienced. Didn't want to honor insurance benefits. Two full weeks until I received my glasses. After one week nose pad fell off. They replaced them with the BIGGEST nose pads ever! The rhinestones fell out of my glasses. Even though I paid quite a bit, now they look like what they are.... Cheap
