        The Baptist University of the Am ricas, also known as BUA, offers various associate s and bachelor's degree programs. Founded in 1947, it conducts language and culture acquisition classes, youth ministry training and Bible study courses. The university also administers an English language program. Baptist University of the Am ricas operates a library that provides a collection of theological and general study monographs, periodicals and audiovisuals, as well as online resources for students, faculty, staff and alumni.
