General Info: Are you afraid you are losing your adolescent to the struggles they are facing? Are you feeling disconnected from your spouse or experiencing pain in your relationship? Has your own health taken a back seat? Welcome to the website for my private counseling practice in San Antonio. I counsel individuals, couples and families. My goal is to help you actualize your dreams for yourself and for your family. Even the best of couples and families go through trying times. I would like to help you enhance the strengths and resiliencies you already have to overcome the pain of current adversities. My intention is to create an atmosphere of respect, compassion, understanding and hope in each session. I will collaborate with you to guide and facilitate growth, awareness and improvement in each area of concern. My background includes work in the areas of adult/adolescent mental health, family therapy and substance use issues. I have evening and Saturday hours available.
