Unreliable, unperfessional and lack of customer service. They dont return phone calls in a timely and professional manner, because of them I will be out of A/C. They dont even deserve the one star i gave them by mistake.

This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. My Dad has been having problems with this air conditioning for over a year and after $500 of service calls it still isn't fixed. So, called once again and when a technician came by and told us that there would be another service charge I told them that it wasn't going to happen. So the technician said that he would talk to someone in the van and before I knew it, the van left. I called the dispatcher right after that and they were conveniently at lunch which I was told she would be back in 30 minutes and would call us back. After 40 minutes I called back again and she was still at lunch for another 20 minutes. If you are reading this, I highly recommend you get someone else, unless you want to get taken for all your money without getting anything fixed.
