Client of this firm for over twenty years. & a disabled Veteran. This firm has grown to the point their operation is now NOT about 'Building Lifetime Client Relationships". So, unless you are a moderate to large account, the level of service is unbelievably and horribly unfriendly. Sr. CPA who handled our Taxes for yrs, got to the point where he is to busy to communicate. We had left voice mails, e-mails, for WEEKS. He did not even bother to call us back. We get dumped on his 'Jr. CPA', who supposedly works 'under his supervision. Over weeks back earlier in the year, I finally get the Jr. Partner on the Phone twice about 3 weeks apart. He keeps promising, "hang in there, come AS SOON AS APRIL 17 goes by, we will take care of your filing". GUESS WHAT, I wait for DAYS after April 17th, no call, no e-mail - nothing. Finally, I call their trunk line. Receptionist picks up, of course 'no one is available'. Ok. No problem, I'll call the Sr. CPA fella back @ the time she tells me he'll be back. She insists for me to explain to her what I am needing "so she can find someone to take care of it". I explained to her that my spouse and I are needing our taxes executed, and that we had been waiting for weeks at the Jr. CPA fella's request because of 'Other Deadlines' (Translation: We're not worth as much as some of the other accounts, so you need to wait. Stupid me! I was still willing to wait *(Get this... out of Customer Loyalty, since we had been with their firm for over two decades). After I explained, I spent MOST of the call on HOLD. Finally, she comes back to tell me there is NO ONE available. Later, I called back. Sr. CPA, acts like some psycho [literally] accusing me of "cursing & screaming @ his employees" As stated up front, I'm a disabled Veteran, & I do have hearing issues, even with hearing aids in {which the Sr. CPA knew). NEVER CURSED, and even called the receptionist Ma'am! Even though I am probably 25 yrs her senior! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!
