Thomas Heating, Cooling & Air Conditioning

I have used Thomas Heating several times before was very pleased this time he wanted 1/2 down for replacement of central air condition, I gave that to him now I have trouble getting a hold of him His cell phone is full of messages and he does not answer email for a week of two. He has had excuses why he does not answer his cell

This has been going on for a month. said he would refund my money and have not gotten it yet. Have heard there are other people who are in the same situation as I am. I would not use him again. He is no longer in Saltsburg, he is in Slickville, Pa.
