Saltillo Elementary School educates more than 600 students in grades three through five. Its academic curriculum includes programs in reading, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The school additionally offers classes in art, music and physical education. Saltillo Elementary School also provides gifted and talented education. It offers the Title I program and special education for students with various disabilities. The school offers an accelerated reader program that encourages students to read more books. Saltillo Elementary School has a computer laboratory that is equipped with more than 25 computers with Internet access. In addition, it offers a language program for students who experience difficulty with reading. The school is located in Saltillo, Miss., and is a part of Lee County Schools.
