        Overall

        I went into Valley Glass to get an estimate of the cost of repairing a glass rear window which is not available anywhere - The lady told me the repairman would be in at 10AM to look at my car - I went back at 10:15AM and he still was not back so I asked them to call when he came in and left the car. Than later in the afternoon she
        called and said the job was done with Lexan (Heavy plastic) at a cost of $367.56..
        Should at least let a customer know before doing the job. Very disappointed after
        talking to many people about how I was ripped off.
