        I have lived in a one bedroom apartment at Ironwood Apartment, Cedar City, Utah for almost six years. The managers of this facility do not care about the tenants. For example: we have had no heat in the hallways, rec room and laundry for one month. It was ten degrees last night. When I complained to Ashley, she said it must be broken and when I complained to her husband, he said he doesn't work over here, works some place else. There are many people here who are sick and disabled and we can't take this cold place. The managers can barely keep the office open four hours a day and most of the time, they are just gone and God forbid if you have to call them after hours. They have an old broke down pick-up up front that is junk. Jan Niles #6.
