The concrete subcontracting company handles medium and large projects in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. Its sister company, Harkins Ready Mix, was founded in 2004. Harkins Concrete Construction also handles flatwork, super flat floor, post tension and tilt-up projects. The company undertakes slab projects for metal decks. In addition, it designs and constructs projects for warehouses, wastewater treatment plants, hotels, condominiums, parking garages, grocery stores, and educational, medical and retail facilities. Harkins Concrete Construction has undertaken projects for Willard Elementary School and ES Steel.
