I called them on a Thursday. They told me to call back Monday. I called back Monday and was asked to leave a voicemail for intake. They did not get back to me in "no more than 24 hours" as promised. On Wednesday, the intake coordinator called me back, took my information and told me she would match me to a therapist and call me back "Thursday or Friday". By Monday evening I still had not received a call back. Tuesday morning, they FINALLY called and said, "We told you we'd call you back whether we had any openings or not. Unfortunately we don't."



First of all, that's not what was said at all. I was told I was being matched to a therapist and had no idea my time was being wasted.



Second... this is a terrible way to treat your new patients. If you have a job or are in school, or ever leave the house, their intake process is absolutely impossible, because it depends on you to be ready to take a call at any moment... for days and days and days.



In short, don't waste your time.
