Moving to another home is never easy, but Kelly's service eased my mind tremendously. I needed a washer, dryer and refrigerator. The salesperson, Todd, carefully explained and compared products for me. He answered all of my questions patiently. Once I made the selection, he explained the process of delivery, the date of which I had to change 3 times. He was always cheerful and helpful. The delivery to my new home was on time, and all the wrappings were removed outside my house. The appliances were tested, their operation explained to me and the areas were cleaned up before they left the house. I am very pleased with Kelly's and my new appliances. A few days later, I received a call from Todd to see how the installation had gone and to tell me he was working on a rebate for me.
