Tax Planning
With the new tax laws just around the corner we decided to host a Tax and Market-Linked CD Seminar in May. For the tax portion discussed an overview of the upcoming tax law changes, along with new opportunities in tax planning. This presentation was given by our two in-house CPAs, Daniel Porth and Debbi Reaves. For the CD portion we discussed new opportunities for cash that had 100% principal protection when held to maturity, which are a great opportunity in times of low interest bearing accounts. Great Oak Financial Group and its parent company, Great Oak Advisors, Inc., was founded in 1995 by James Sawyer and Ross Collingwood, after several years of working in financial services. Living Trusts
