I bought a puppy here that is only 1 year old and is now in renal failure. I am heart broken and puppy place refuses to help me out in any way. The vets office in Windham NH also told me that they get a lot of sick animals from puppy palace because they get their dogs from puppy mills. The first week I got my baby girl she was diagnosed with giardia which is a parasite that humans can catch... then she started being lethargic and had blood in her urine and was vomiting. After blood tests and a ultrasound, I am thousands of dollars in and praying that my baby makes it. The vet also believes because of how young she is that this in an inherited disorder... Lexie and the owner Sharon has been so rude to me this entire time. My dog is dying and this horrible place doesn't care.

I've purchased two puppies from this store and my friend also purchased one. They have grown up to be healthy, happy and amazing pups. Whenever I went I always made sure Lexi was working because she is the nicest person there and is full of helpful information. However, if she feels you pose a threat or cannot trust you to hold one of the pups then she will deny you. Her job is to make sure the puppies are safe. Punks come in all the time with their friends looking to mess around with the puppies, so if you're one of them then yes you will hate Lexi. But, Lexi got to know me on a personal basis and when knew the breed of dog I had been searching for for a few years. When she finally got one in she let me know right away and now I am the proud mommy of a cavalier King Charles. No matter what people say about this place, I've had nothing but amazing experiences and healthy dogs.

Went there today with the intent to buy a dog, Lexi who for one was rude when I told her I would like to see the Vizsla, told me I had to ask my mom. Im not a child, I'm in my twenties, have my own place, and a steady job as well as being engaged. There is no reason she needed to deny me, I have had dogs my entire life. Long story short, LEXI is the most rude person I've ever met.

Sells puppy Mill dogs. A man truck showed up with dogs crying in the back. No heat who knows how many hours or days there were in that truck with no heat. Puppies can't regulate heat. They get phnemonia. Sick

This is NOT a business. This is a puppy mill supporting hell hole. They sold me a sick dog, refuse to send me a copy of MY contract with MY name on it. The owner is a coward for running this, threatened to press charges if I ever came onto the stores property again because we figured out her little scam. Oh, and WAGGS is a leasing company not a financial company so you "rent" the dog until last payment where you have to pay for the dog in full AND if any money way put down, she pockets it all. Shame on every person who works there. Shut this place DOWN.

No emily what has made me mad was the fact my dog almost DIED TWO DAYS AFTER BRINGING HER HOME. My vet even told me that she gets multiple people coming in after they buy a dog from puppy palace with health issues. When I bought my dog, it was in good faith thinking she would come home healthy. The vet also explained that she must of been sick for a while for it to get that bad. When I tried to talk to the owner JUST FOR ADVICE she was extremely rude to me about it. Then I found out the "papers" they gave me weren't real. The place that "breeds" these dogs are puppy mills.

I got my Shiba Inu from here last year and she is absolutely wonderful. No health issues whatsoever, in fact the vets say she's incredibly healthy. The store is well kept and the puppies are well taken care of. I have a friend who used to work here and she'd tell me about all the behind the scene stuff that happens at Puppy Palacs, and it was really clear that the workers care about their job and the puppies they care for. She also told me that a majority of the bad reviews are just from angry customers who don't get the answer they want. When you purchase the dog, you sign a contract and that includes that they don't reimburse vet expenses unless you get the warranty. If you don't get the warranty, then it is your own fault that you have so much money in vet bills. Puppies get sick, just like babies. It happens! People thing it's some taboo but it's really not. This pet store cares way more about its animals than any other pet store I've ever seen.

I purchased a boxer puppy from here 4 years ago. When I researched his paperwork I found out he had come from a puppy mill in Kansas. He became the light of my life, we played and went on trips together and were best friends. One day at the age of 4 he dropped dead in my front lawn of what is called pulmonary stenosis while playing with his ball. I was told by the vet that pulmonary stenosis is a hereditary illness. I was and still am devastated by the loss of my baby. I WOULD NEVER BUY A DOG FROM A PET STORE AGAIN!! Not only are they overpriced, but so much worse than that, they don't care about the health of their animals. After reading the reviews on here of others experiences I felt obligated to share my experience in hopes that no one else will have to go through such a horrible heart brake due to a company that only cares about the all mighty dollar!!

THE SIGN IS RIGHT EVERYTHING YOU READ ABOUT THEM ONLINE IS TRUE!

This place deserves ZERO stars...Recently my family and i went here to look at the puppies because we want to add another dog to our family, so we decided to check this place out. its TERRIBLE! first off, the girls have NO idea what they are talking about, they are rude and not well educated in the puppies at ALL. One girl told me they are from the mid-west breeders because "NEW HAMPSHIRE YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE LICENSED" but most ARE! and WHO CARES? ATLEAST THE BREEDERS TAKE CARE OF THEM, you get what you pay for with breeders! not with this place it literally has "PUPPY MILL" written all over it!! we had to leave because it was just so sickening to see all these poor puppies withering away to nothing.. we all felt SO terrible that we couldn't save them all. need i mention they're prices are OUTRAGEOUS! there was a little doberman puppy there, he was SO skinny, it was horrible.. and they cut his TAIL WRONG, the poor thing looked so sick and helpless. I also asked to see the french bulldog they had there and the poor thing was heavily breathing and his eyes were glazed over like he was dying and she told me it was "STRESS". LIES!! all those puppies need to be saved ASAP! that place needs to be SHUT DOWN before more innocent puppies die from STUPIDITY AND LACK OF CARE!

THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A ...

THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A PUPPY. Went there today to talk to owner about a puppy I bought and how 2 days later she was admitted to ICU .Had I not got her to the vets that night she could have died. The Puppy Palace called it a mild case of kennel cough...which ended up being diagnosed as Pneumonia. She was placed on an IV drip and placed in ICU for 2 days. She was nebulized and now has to take 2 medications along with a follow up for more xrays. Her treatments will last a monthThe puppy palace owner was more concerned about herself and money than the welfare of the puppy. On top of it all she treated us with the I don't give a damn attitude and treated the puppy we bought like an easy throw away.I am keeping the puppy I bought because I am afraid for her and her being placed back into that environment.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM The Puppy Palace....PLEASE I BEG ALL OF YOU...DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

If I could rate them with no stars I would. The owner has NO HEART.

My vet bill is already over $1300. and will climb due to more treatments she needs.

If I could give them no stars I would. I and 3 other people I know purchased puppies here and its been nonstop health issues. After having my puppy home for only one night she started coughing and having diarrhea in her crate. I rushed her to my vet and it turns out she had kennel cough for weeks and now its so bad that its turned into a severe case of pneumonia. We were told if we left it for any longer she would have died. The vet also pointed out that she has signs of being from a puppy mill!! I checked the records I received, no info on the past breeder and she had no recent vet visits... so they were just going to let her cough herself to death!!!!!!!!!!! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM. When I went there to see her, she was a little dirty but I wasn't really worried, then I saw them take out a puppy who looked VERRY ill. She had to force feed her. I thought, "Well maybe thats just a weak puppy. She did look very young." but the moment I should have said something was when she put the sick puppy in with the others! Please don't purchase any puppies or supplies here. They should not be in Business.

HORRIBLE PLACE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My puppy has cost us over 1000 in vet bills and the vet said it will get worse. All they do is sell puppy mill dogs. DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU! They say the dogs come from breeders and my vet told me that is how they fool you. I had to learn the hard way.

Stay away!!!

I purchased a pomarian mix here in February. I will make a long story short. I love my puppy and still have my puppy but I have had so many health issues with him. I have paid over $2000 in vet bills and today he just got blood work done because they suspect that his liver is not functioning properly. I never write reviews but I am trying to help people out so they don't go through he emotional and financial pain that I am currently going through! Please save yourself and go to a real breeder..these dogs are from puppy mills. I wouldn't trade or give my puppy up I am too attached but I am over my head in vet bills..think twice before getting a dog here.

This place is just a typical pet store, they get their dogs from mills in the midwest, sell cute puppies to people and then the dogs will have some sort of issue. If you want a puppy there are plenty of reputable breeders in massachusetts and nh. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY FROM HERE. we need to stop supporting puppy mills.

First off, I own a puppy bought from a nationally certified breeder. I deal with pet adoptions and other certain paperwork pertaining to animals. I very well know how the process works with buying/adopting an animal. It is my daily job. I also loves animals so much I make it my priority to go into pet stores and talk to owners about their animals and inspect the habitat. Went in a day during the week. Asked owner a couples of questions about the business and where the puppies came from. Got the answer of "all over" and I asked if that was it. Couldnt explain where her pups were from. Also she was very rude to people walking in. Read reviews about pups getting sick probably cause they are not being exposed to normal flora due to the amount of hand sanitizer used by people. Also wanted to see some licensure on the walls...couldn't find it. Will never get a dog from this woman, she is rude and sketchy and out to make a quick buck. Be smart and adopt or get straight from a nationally certified breeder. I feel bad for the dogs at Puppy Palace. I have put in a word with the state of NH about this business as well. Please DO NOT buy puppies if you do not know where they are from. This can be a key red flag when purchasing a dog.

Sharon, It is extremely tac...

Buying puppies from a pet stores is wrong. No good breeder would sell their puppies to a pet store. I speak from years of experience with owning dogs. It is sad that these poor puppies are kept in a store and sold to people who barley know anything about dogs. I speak from experience I went with my friend to buy a dog there literally he pointed at the dog he wanted and then sat with the dog for 5 minutes and next thing he we bringing the dog home and wasn't even prepared! When I got my dogs I first met my breeder then went home prepared my home for a puppy then a few weeks later picked up my dog. This was the same for all 3 of my dogs. This place should but shut down. It just adds to the puppy mill world.

PET STORES BUY FROM PUPPY MILLS DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE NOT ONE BREEDER WOULD SELL THEIR PUPPYS TO A PET STORE. YOU SHOULD MEET THE PARENTS OF THE PUPPY YOU BUY THIS PLACE IS JUST CONTRIBUTING TO THE PUPPY MILL WORLD. IF THIS WOMAN LOVES ANIMALS SO MUCH THEN SHE SHOULD HAVE OPENED A RESCUE CENTER FOR ABUSED OR PUPPYS WITHOUT A HOME INSTEAD SHE IS GETTING PUPPYS FROM PUPPY MILLS PROBABLY!
