Three years ago I had Dorthy make me some maternity pants and they turned out great. I am now pregnant with twins and needed some more pants. When I went to pick them up they were awful...the panel actually came down onto my thigh and were made completely different from the previous pants. When I expressed that I wouldn't wear them, she still made me pay full price. So by the time I bought my own pants and then had her sew in the panel I am out over $600.



The part that really made me mad was instead of saying something like "it would have been helpful if you brought in an old pair to show her how they fit" she said "you bare part of the responsibility". This to me is not how you treat a return customer...let alone any customer.



To top it all off it took 4 weeks and 6 days to finally pick them up. She gave me a million excuses as to why it was taking so long.
