first of all, their dispatcher is a jerk with a serious chip on his shoulder. i've called yellow cab on 2 occassions and both times the dispatcher was rude and unreliable as to when the cab would actually show up 10 mins turnt into a half hour and then to an hour until it was literally a cat and mouse game i was told that i wasn't in front of the store when i stood there for an hour with 10 bag of groceries. eitherway, yellow cabs' number is easy to remember but, if you having a bad day already don't call yellow they'll only make things worse.
