I could not have asked for a better experience! The gentleman arrived, introduced himself very pleasantly and went about the inspection. When he came out to inspect the central air, I was hobbling around in the back yard as I am recouperated from a fractured ankle. I was attempting to pick up some of my dogs waste. He walked right up and offered to do it for me!!!!! At the end of the inspection he went over what the report would show and asked if I had any questions. At all times he was kind and very respectful to both me and my home!

The entire process from setting up the appointment to the written report was flawless. They were helpful with any questions that we had as first time home buyers throughout the process. The inspector was extremely thorough and helped us to understand every aspect of his report. He even recommend for my husband to take measurements while he was there for our own needs as he finished his inspection.
They scheduled within a couple of days and the report was sent over within 24 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality inspector.

I had a home inspection done on April 17th. Approximately 6 weeks later I found an extremely bad mold problem and I do not know how this got past the inspector, all he had to do was remove the plate over an outlet and he would have seen the mold. it is not hidden, and did not require any intrusive activities to find this mold. I was under the impression that the Inspecta-Home inspectors checked for this. I had the inspector there twice and for the money I paid, I expected an extremely thorough inspection. This is not what I received from Inspecta-Homes. Communication with them is extremely difficult. All I get back are generic forum letters referencing the contract that I electronically signed. There is an implied service beyond what is in the contract. I am forced to believe they are just dishonest people. Stay away from this company.
