Take my two girls to see Dr. Zastrow and she is perfect with them. She is so sweet and makes the event not so traumatic for them as they always get nervous for "doctors" appointments.
Have brought my family here for years. Great service, wonderful doctors.
I saw Dr. Zastrow when my eye was all red and puffy and she took care of me quickly and professionally. My eye was feeling better the next day.
Had a corneal ulcer from using my contact lenses. Didin't know where to go. Found this place. Close to home. They gave me drops. Cleared up quick. Felt better fast. They changed me to a better solution for my contact lenses and even gave me dailies for when I was heading on vacation. Went above and beyond.
I found the place online because it had a lot of good reviews. I had a woman doctor who was so nice and made me feel realyl at ease because I hadn't had an exam in 10 years. Got some glasses to help with when I study. I really like them.
Had to have quicky exam as I broke my glasses at work. They got me in right away, put a rush on my glasses and I had them quick. They were very thorough though and I'd bring my kids there because prices were very reasonable- even for my high prescription glasses!
I had bought glasses from these guys about 3-4 months ago and one of my temple pieces broke off the lenses after my daughter sat on them. I brought the glasses back and they fixed them for free and were so kind. They never asked me to pay anything or never made me feel bad for asking to get it fixed. This doesn't happen often. Very delighted with experience.
