They lose items!

Do not use this company as they lose items. A table was supposed to be delivered between Oct 13th and Oct 27th. I called the company I ordered it from and they said they could see it was received at Twin Cities Moving on Oct 1st. It is now Nov 5th and I have the shipment ID# and the Trailer ID # and they can't find my table! So frustrating as I've been on the phone trying to track it down all afternoon! It deserves 0 stars!

this company does not supply any way to contact, no phone, no email and only a garbled message telling me, I think, that they will be making a delivery, which I had previously cancelled. I would not give one star but it's is a requirement to get this posted.

Refrigerator pickup

Called and immediately got a voice mail saying to leave a message and they will call back within 24h or if I want a response within 2 hours send an email and provided an email address. I did both and now a week later have not heard back from them via any method. Worthless company. Stay away from these guys. Unfortunately for me, I am trying to return a refrigerator to Sears after paying $300 to have it delivered to our lake home only to have it be DOA. Sears gave me a phone number that took me to a group in Appleton WI who then gave me a number at Twin Cities Moving systems who they contract with apparently. A week later now and not a single response from them. Looks like I will be making the 220 mile trip myself to drag that thing back down here and hand deliver it to the Sears showroom so I can get my money and shipping money back. Wish me luck. I couldn't even find a website for Twin Cities Moving Systems not that that would help. It is a sign though that they don't want to talk to anyone for sure. Loser company!!!!

DO NOT USE.

I have been trying to schedule a delivery of something for several weeks and have yet to talk to a person. I have left several messages on their answering machine with my contact information, but have yet to receive a call back. I also tried emailing the address they give to get "faster updates", but get a returned email message as this email does not actually exist (and no, I did not type it wrong as it is the same address I found on a response they wrote to somebody on the BBB website). I see others have worse experiences once the delivery has been scheduled. I'm currently on the phone with West Elm/Williams Sonoma to get this company removed from their vendor list (you're welcome!).

I've seen them respond to these complaints with "we called this person back", etc. but I assume this is a lie because I'm sure they will try to say that they have been trying to work with me and left messages, etc., but this is a lie.

I'm really worried about actually getting my product in one piece and having to take time off work to get this delivered. Other people are saying that they damage their products and that they don't stick to delivery windows.

Worst experience ever

I Called them multiple times. No one ever answered the phone. I left many messages. No one ever returned a phone call. They texted to give a 4 hour window for delivery. Then called outside the window and said they will be there in less than an hour. I had to rush home. Then the did not show up for over an 1.5 hours. To top it all off they didn't bring all the parts. I now have a table with no top

Terrible!

I agree with the other review. First I get a call that they are delivering today and make arrangements to have someone here during their "4 hour window," to only get a call they can't come and it will probably be Wednesday. Then they call to confirm next Saturday! I'm gone the next two Saturdays and now won't get my delivery for 3 weeks! Are you kidding me!???!!! So angry! Avoid this company!!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!!! They are the most unprofessional and unorganized company I have ever had to deal with. We ordered a Saavta mattress and Saavta uses this company to deliver their products. Let me say Saavta has been wonderful through all of this we have had no issues with them. Their rep answers our calls immediately and does his best to accommodate use. First of all we were told we would get our mattress within 18 days. Well 18 days goes by and we haven't heard anything. Call the mattress company and they apologize profusely saying the bed is at the delivery service and they will call them. An hour later I get a call wanting to set up delivery. They said Tuesday December 9 between 3 and 7 pm. I said that was fine but that we worked until 3 but could be home by 3:15 to meet them. I worked a night shift the night before and am sleeping when a loud knock comes to the door at 12 pm. I peek out the window and it's the delivery people. I ignore them. Mind you they promised to call 1 hour prior to make sure we were around and I never received any calls. They come back at 2:30 and demand the bed has to be delivered NOW. I say no my husband isn't home. I am very pregnant and can't move the bed we have out of the room and that he will be home in 45 minutes. The man was EXTREMELY rude and says he will not wait past 3 pm. I explain he wasn't even supposed to be here until after 3 but nope as my husband is pulling in the driveway in a rush after leaving work early they leave. We call the mattress company they apologize and get ahold of the delivery company. The president of Twin Cities Moving calls us and tell us he is so sorry and the bed will be delivered first thing in the morning and they will call before hand. We get up early and wait until noon. No calls, no delivery. We try for two hours to get ahold of anyone and can't. Finally get ahold of the moving company and the receptionist says "um nope they have scheduled your bed to come NEXT Tuesday between 2 and 6 pm" when mind you that was NEVER run past us. We both work that day and it doesn't work. We call the president again and he totally plays dumb saying "I never told you it would be delivered in the morning! I said they would call in the morning!" Well we never got a call or our delivery. We are on the brink of canceling the whole bed and buying local. They are absolutely awful. If you buy a Saavta mattress definitely insist that they use a different delivery company.
