Excuses, excuses, excuses. This is what you should expect if dealing with this office full of incompetent and unprofessional women. They do not complete full background checks on tenants, which means you'll end up with a felon living in your home. They do not clearly explain to tenants their responsibilities as tenants. Another huge problem with this office is that they do not have an on-site maintenance person. Every time you have a problem you have to call your own plumber, electrician etc to handle small problems; which adds up quickly. If we could pick zero stars we would. Find another property management office!

I give them two stars to be nice. The office ladies are nice but they must be playing all day because it takes at least a week and a half for anyone to get back to you. Then another month for issues to be resolved. I just had a stove that wasn't working (it shocked me) so they replaced it without looking at it. I now have a stove that has a nonworking oven. bottom line, be careful when dealing with them. As soon as my lease is up im moving. I cant stand an extra moment with these people.
