V Fit’s Personal Training packages are designed to cater to your specific fitness needs, whether you wish to purchase individual sessions or commit to a monthly package. **Consultations include circumference measurements-Body Fat Analysis-Basic Nutrition Counseling)** **Memberships include: 7 day/week Gym access – towel & bottled water services ** RESIDENTIAL TRAINING If you can’t make it out here to us, then let us come out to you. Whether you have a home gym or no equipment at all, our Personal Trainers will provide the necessary equipment to help you reach your fitness goals. BOOT CAMP'S A fun focused environment for those who are looking to get in shape with the accountability of a small community! During the fall and winter months we meet inside our facility. During the spring/summer months our camps move outdoors to nearby parks. PILATE'S designed to help those who suffer from poor core strength gain improvement. Not only will you have the opportunity to gain tighter abdominal and lower back muscles, but flexibility as well! Those who commit to a 3 month class card package will automatically gain 7 day/week access as a gym member. DIETITIAN Meet with our registered dietitian for consulting and meal planning
