        Overall

        I try to provide business to the Mom & Pop shops in my neighborhood, but there are better options than this one in 63119. Maybe Mr. Wagner ran a good shop many years ago, but this is no longer the case. In the twilight years of his company, he has lost focus, hires poorly, and prefers to make money rather than diagnose customer issues and provide real solutions.

        Great service and quality work!

        Very nice company to work with! I trust them 100%. They are always available in an emergency and do a great job solving tough heating and cooling problems- even in a 120 year old house!
