AutoSubrogate®:Spend more time working on your case files and less time looking for them to make more money..!! A practice management / litigation support system for Attorneys and Claim Management Service / Recovery companies who do a lot of Property and Casualty subrogation work. Allows for paperless storage and access to all necessary documents: court pleadings, correspondence, data forms, police accident reports, medical examiner's reports, forensic examiner's reports, expert witness reports, credit reports, and skip trace reports. The software will capture validate, store, and retrieve the necessary data for court cases, insureds/plaintiffs, defendants/respondents, courts, insurance adjusters, attorneys, insurance companies/forwarder companies, employers, and vendors. The software has: an accounting subsystem to track receipts and disbursals to/from all data objects and account for all monies held in fiduciary trust; a calendaring/diary subsystem to track all required past and future events and perform work flow management; a report subsystem that creates all reports necessary to the management and accounting for all case files that when used correctly virtually guarantees that no critical detail is missed no matter how small. The software, using Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010, will generate 40 different documents: court pleadings; correspondence; promissory notes; data forms required by courts and other government agencies such as forms needed to file a law suit in a court, request a driver's license be suspended, etc., etc. The software will also generate case individual status reports to adjusters or, using Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2010, batch status reports for all cases being subrogated for an insurance company or forwarder company. All generated documents and reports are customized for the jurisdiction (one) in which the cases are to be subrogated. The software, using Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010, will export a copy of all e-mail messages received by all authorized personnel and associate those messages with their corresponding case file. All authorized personnel has access to all saved e-mail messages, and can respond to those messages as if they were the original recipient. Exchange server is not needed for this functionality. The attorney who specified the requirements for this software was able to reduce his number of file cabinets from 14 to 2; reduce his staff by one file clerk; reduce his office space under lease from a 3 room suite of offices to a one room office; while increasing the number of judgements obtained per month, and corresponding rate of recovery.
