        Rooms are nice but shuttle service sucks

        I have stayed here many many times. Once there was blood on the sheets and they gave me a free night stay but every time I come here and use the shuttle you wait forever. You have to call and call. Finally I just took a taxi back. Who wants to wait outside in the cold for an hour if they are supposed to be around every 15 minutes!!
