A Gutter Guy

Terry and I had a contract for specific work at his rental property in St. Louis City. We made recommendations on work of which most of the work he had declined to approve. Once we had begun performing agreed repairs, Terry attempted to add additional work at the same contracted price. He was informed that we only do work that is agreed / approved and contracted... when working in the St. Louis "City" areas. All additional work (required) approval and authorized signature by the payee. Terry attempted to get additional work completed without paying. A common problem when working in the city. A perfect example of why most contractors stay away from The "City". All agreed (contracted) work was completed to specifications and customer did pay in full.

Contacted the gutter guy thru a add in the west end word. We needed a repair to our gutter and downspout. After he added other items the total cost ended up being $1586 . Everything was fine until it rained. The gutter leak was the same. Upon calling Tony -he will not call you instead he uses email-he refused to complete the job as we had agreed. Do not use him. Should of checked Better Business Bureau. He is not a member.

I had a major problem with my gutters detaching and previous poor drainage as well. (Water in the basement) "the gutter guy" solved all of my problems and did an amazing job after previous contractors had failed!!!! The gutter guy has amazing talents and did incredible work!!!!

Make sure you get EVRYTHING in writting before allowing "Tony", which is not his real name, do anything. Charged me for work that he never performed, noticed only after i got up on roof months later. Stay far away from this character.

He's a "perfectionist". He cured my problems and left no mess behind. He was professional and honest. I would recommend him to anyone....thanks a lot Tony!

I appreciated the professional gutter cleaning done by Tony. I would recommend him as a well-priced option for anyone with gutter needs :-)
