Heartland Guttering

i left 3 messages with this company to contact me and give me an estimate, i have now waited over 2 weeks and no contact with me , if this company does not want any business why are they listed as open - i know if they did contact me now i would not do business with them , if they wont contact a person how could i trust them to show up to do the gutters and if there was a problem how would i contact them to get it fixed --- I would say do business with comapny at your own risk
