Redwing Car Wash & Storage

Went to the car wash to wash and vaccum out my car and lost money on the quarter machine and i called the number for help. And the lady said she would give the owner my message. And when he called me he said he would send me my refund. And when I got my refund A FREE CASH FOR SIX DOLLARS after I lost TEN DOLLARS. SO I CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE AND I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. and how was I suppose to vacuum out my car with a coupon.

Very bad business, avoid at all costs. My wife and I paid our storage fee every month for almost two years. Because a screw up with the mail the slammed us with a $45 late and lock fee.

One day when I was nice enough to help the owner fix a broken spring in the storage door he told me the mail people are always making that mistake. When I explained the situation to his wife and what her husband had said she called me a liar and I had to pay the fee regardless if it was my mistake or not.

I will be moving out of my unit and will stop my weekly car was at their unit. They may have gotten their $45 but it will be last dime they get from our family!!!
