The internet and basic cable are out of service at least once a month for 24-48 hours at a time. This is not rocket science in 2016/2017.

They are the worst and we are still locked into them because of the CDD

Overall

Been paying for upgraded 100Mbps service in 2 locations for the year. Finally complained about it and was told: "We aren't able to provide that speed to the number of customers that signed up for it." So, I asked: "Are we getting refunded for the months where we have been getting - at best - 12Mbps?" Answer was a big fat NO. Don't pay for upgrade. Stick with standard opt-in speeds... they can't even provide those. (25/5)

HORIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE. I am paying $50 a month for high speed internet, I just did a speed test and the readings are: DOWNLOAD- 8.19 Mbps, UPLOAD- 6.09 Mbps...and this is hardwired directly to modem and this is also after 3 previous trips within the last 2 months to have techs repair this. It was repaired in Nov. 11, worked good for 2 weeks and the receptacle plate was not placed back on wall as the coupler was to big so I have a wall with no plate covering hole...HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE...

Litestream is the worst cable company ever. You pay for premium services but they are not a premium cable company. No ONDEMAND, slow upload speeds from the price, slow download speeds for the price. I wish Comcast would come and take over these communities off CR210 faster internet service and WAY better product overall. LiteStream your a joke!

Best Customer Service

I've been having an issue with a box that seems to be faulty, and Litestream was there for me when I called today. Within 5 seconds of dialing, I was on the line with a real person. He was able to diagnose the issue, and I'll have a tech out to my house after the weekend. This is customer service that I would have never gotten with Comcast! 5 stars, and hats off to you, Litestream!
